5Phil is the ideal person to rent from. His trailer has been meticulously cared for and maintained. It tows smoothly down the road, and the trailer sets up effortlessly. He’s easy to communicate with and coordinates Key Swap times effectively. Before the Key Swap, he goes over the trailer setup and take-down with you and is always ready to answer any questions you may have about the trailer. It was a pleasure to rent from him, and I would definitely rent from him again.

The tent trailer is easy to operate. I will go through set up with you before you leave and show you how everything works.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I am flexable on pick up and drop off times, depending on my schedule. I'm happy to make custom arrangement that are mutually beneficial.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Hook up is straight forward. There are extension chords provided for the 30 amp hook up. There is a small drain hose for the sink. And a fresh water connection if required.
Q.
What is needed to be able to tow the trailer?
R.
The trailer requires a 2" trailer ball. It is equipped with surge brakes, so there is no brake controller needed in the tow vehicle. The trailer tows well behind a pick-up truck, SUV or minivan. The tow vehicle needs to be rated for towing 3000 lbs. with a hitch weight of 205 lbs.
