There’s 2 queen beds and a U shape slide out dinette That will sleep 6 comfortably. Also check out my add ons I have a air mattress available to add (2) more guest under the rear bunk with help of an air mattress

Please return with all tanks drained and hoses and draining attachments cleaned properly.
A 200 dollar fee will be charged from your deposit if this is not done properly.
If your not positive on how to do this properly we will go over it on pickup.
If you choose The mobility fees for delivery and pickup it’s $50 each way with a $1 Per mile Fee X 4. (There back home to gretna there and return home again)
There will also be a 100 dump fee if there’s a station on the property on a mobile rental. If NA and I have to stop at a dump station it will be 100 dollars plus the dump fee.
If you need water tank full it will be 50 dollars under 60 miles one way. If farther we will negotiate thanks you!
