Delivery and setup preferred. Take the hassle out of towing and setup. Let us do it for you, so you can just show up and enjoy your adventure.This is a 2022 Model 199RK. With the Kitchen and Bathroom in the back, a Couch and two person Dinette in the center (no slide), and the Queen Size Bed up front with TV. Bluetooth Speakers inside and outside. Power Awning. If one of you are an early riser, you have the ability keep separated so the other one can sleep. The couch and dinette turn into a beds to sleep four. Please read all the rules as we want to insure this travel trailer stays fresh and clean for you as well future renters. Includes a portable ice maker and two outside lounge chairs. There is a Blackstone and gas fire-pit available to rent for an extra charge. If you have any questions at all, let us know. We only accept folks that are staying at a campground with hookups. We have a fire-pit and a black stone griddle at an extra charge.RecommandationsWe recommend taking the setup stress away. Let us deliver and setup within 75 miles of Greenville SC. Camp at Paris Mountain, KOA, Table Rock, Lake Jocassee, Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell or many other local campgrounds around the area. Autres points à signaler1. This may be stupid to some but important to us. No pooping in the camper please. Campgrounds have toilets and it is very hard to maintain and keep an RV fresh when folks poop in it.
2. Keep the Black Tank Closed until leaving the campground or until full. This allows the Black Tank to stay fresher and cleaner. Do NOT operate dry.
3. Prior to leaving the campground, flush the tank with three - 5 gallon buckets of fresh water that must be ran through the black tank with valve opened. This flushes the tank of debris.
4. Close Black Tank Valve after flushing, add one - 5 gallon bucket of fresh water and drop in a toilet fresh packet.
5. No Boon-docking - due to previous issues we only accept reservations for folks traveling too and staying at campgrounds with full hookups.

Why do your request we do not poop in the camper?

R.

No matter what we ask or say to our renters, there always seems to be some issues with the #2. We ask that you use the Campground facilities for the number two. Reason being is folks don't know what a poop pyramid is and they let all the water out. Its nasty, emptying and if you are a new camper it's the worst (Watch the Robin Williams movie RV). Overall keeping the dark solid matter out of the black tanks keeps the rig clean and fresh for you as well the for the next renter.

Hello I am CampingRandy and we love to camp. We started Tent Camping a long time ago then built our first Tear Drop Camper, that we actually rented on Outdoorsy back in 2015 for a couple of years. What an amazing experience. We then picked-up a 1983 Coachman Travel Trailer, restored it and camped in it for a couple years before selling. We then purchase a huge 2005 camper, restored it and sold that. After that i was told "No More Fixer Uppers", so our goal is to have three new campers that we rent out to folks. Currently we have the 2022 199Rk Camper and the 2019 Honda Ridgeline Overlander available for camping. Our goals are to introduce new campers to the fun we enjoy out in the mountains are at the beach! Let me know if you have any questions, as I am here to help!
