-Sleeps up to 10, with queen master, 2 bunks, convertible dinette, convertible couch, and overhead bunk over cab. Huge slide out. Comes with 3 TV's. Two indoor and 1 outside, large RV fridge, AC, oversize windows for taking in all that nature, LED lighting indoor and out, generator and plenty of storage. Also included are dishes, silverware and cooking utensils, pots and pans and linens for all beds, a Keurig, can opener, toaster oven, microwave, plates, bowls and coffee cups. There is a ton of storage underneath.
-Set up and delivery available for fee, $250 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
-Discounts available for military, and first responder.
-Renters are responsible for their own reservations at the campground of their choosing.
-Expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour on walk-through upon pickup becoming familiar with any controls and operation.
- NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and grill.

The night before our trip, the host contacted us to let us know that the 2023 class C we had rented was not available due to needing a part replaced. I get these things happen, so it wasn’t a big deal, and the host had an alternate 2017 Class A that we could rent. The RV was nice and had the same layout as the original RV we rented.

Air condition not working in front. Was told this day before rental.
Cockroach’s on floor
Not cleaned well. Dirty shower. Unit needs deep clean.
Rear window shade will not stay down
Hair in shower drain, had to pull out so it would drain
Thumbing sound when drive. Was told this day before rental
No windshield washer to clean front window, window very dirty
No outside lights
Pieces of glass in lower bunk and on floor. Granddaughter step on and cut
Would not rent again.
