2023 Pioneer RV. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. Max weight fully loaded 6900 pounds. length overall is just over 32 feet. This is a nice clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks! Bunkhouse has been modified for extra headroom for both beds! All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 2 night minimum.50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. Queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total.Delivery on Holidays will require an additional delivery fee of $250. ( 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.)All campsites must have full hookups. If not, proper equipment will need to be rented to ensure the safety of the camper.I can deliver the RV at these times:

If not, additional equipment might be needed.A $60 dump fee will be accessed if unit is used in a site without full hookups.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay this week at the Georgia National Fairgrounds for the NBHA youth world show.
The camper was very nice and as pictured we were very comfortable. How hope we left it almost as clean as when it was delivered to us. We grilled outside and had many friends come over so nice to be able to stay on the grounds, Thanks again the Prestage family.
