5.0Best RV I have rented to date, it was incredibly spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Would absolutely rent from Salina Towery again. They also assisted the owner of the property to get the electrical up and running so we could have comfortable A/C all weekend. These types of accommodations are remarkably appreciated and really meant a lot to all of us.

1.0The good: The layout of the camper with the back bunk room is great for families with small children. The bottom bunks are low enough that my four and three year old slept in them. We also fit our pack and play in that room for my infant. Communication with the owner during our trip was also good. The bad: The owner was not responsive to pre-trip questions until the day of the trip, which led to stress for the drop off of the RV. I think we may have been the first to use the RV for this season so it smelled like a sewer until the owner came to treat the system. Some of the outdoor appliances were moldy and there was sand and hair in the RV upon our arrival. The provided towels and sheets only included fitted sheets, not flat sheets in the bunk room, and the towels included only one decorative kitchen towel and three bathroom towels. Then after less than 24 hours in the RV, the fresh water supply ran out, which was strange given that we are very conservative with water use in an RV, no showers and only a handful of toilet flushing and quick hand washing. With the owner's permission we refilled the fresh water supply ourselves, but the original supply was either not filled for us or it leaked out before we arrived. Overall, the experience was fine, but I would not rent this camper again, unfortunately. Frequently texting with the owner, smelling sewer smells, running out of water, and having to refill our fresh water supply was not how I had hoped to spend my one vacation of the summer.
