Garage area can sleep 4 people on the drop-down bunks, which also converts into couches with a table for eating or playing games.
Loft can sleep another 2, or use it for storage.
30 gallon fuel tank for built in generator.
30 gallon pump station for the toys.**These options available as Add-on's...**--Don't forget the Blackstone griddle or BBQ Add on's if needed.
--Bring your sleeping bags or bedding for the beds.
--Master bedroom bedding can be supplied as an Add on.We deliver and setup at the posted rates up to 120 miles away.

**3 day minimum if delivering over 50 miles****Note on dumping holding tanks**
