2009 Northtrail 21FBS by Heartland. 24ft with hitch, about 4200lbs. Almost no miles, very structurally sound. Completely remodeled into a tiny home. Old dinette area has been removed and replaced with aluminum base. High quality 5inch foam bench with removable cover is now the new couch area, about 8ft long, can be a sleeper area.Camper has also passed inspection from Dealership. 3 burner stove, microwave/convection oven combo. Bed in photos is queen, since purchased and out of the plastic it has been in a mattress cover.Camper is ready to travel. Extra supplies included along with collapsible picnic table with benches used inside and out. Awning works great, has miner cracks but does not affect its use.Ce qui est inclusBed linens, basic bathroom supplies, kitchen pots/pans and dishes for 3 people. Autres points à signalerPets are allowed, but with exception. I love pets. However, number and type of pet/s will need to be disclosed to me prior to approval. Pets are not to be left alone in the trailer unless crated.I don't expect the trailer to be spotless upon its return. However, I do expect your trash picked up and messes cleaned, dishes washed and put away, and dirty towels put in the provided laundry bag. Failure to do so will result in the Extra Cleaning Fee of up to $60 (depending on time to return trailer to original condition).I expect you to love and care for the trailer like it was their own. Wipe water spills up immediately to prevent water damage, returning the trailer in the same condition. You are responsible for maintaining and preventing the black/grey tanks from overflowing and damaging the trailer. You are responsible for the awning. Heavy wind can damage the rails of the awning. The awning should be rolled up prior to storms to prevent damage.

Before relocating to Florida in 2005, I traveled a lot but mostly by plane. Last year I decided it was time to travel the road and see all the things I missed by flying. However, I cannot start my journey until next year. I plan to travel and live in the trailer full-time so it was important to me to have a trailer that was more like a tiny home than a trailer. Since I am not currently using the trailer, I figured why not share it so others can enjoy a tiny living getaway!
