A full time receptionist answers your calls. We have rented to people all over the world and have made many friends from the repeat business. We had fun until the red jet ski died on us. We were only able to use it for less than three hours out of the whole day. Had to tow it back to the dock with the other jet ski which took for ever and cut down our time on the working jet ski.
