• Renter agrees to return the RV in the same clean condition it was in at pickup. Excess dirt, stains, odors, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional fees, with the exception of used bedding and towels and dumping the tanks. Please refer to the "Before You Go" sign to the right of the door upon checkout. Renters are to not move the unit once it is placed and set up by the Owner. Pets are only allowed if approved in advance by the Owner. The trailer may not be used for festivals, off-roading, or any illegal activity. STRICT Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products is strictly prohibited inside the RV/travel trailer. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, e-cigarettes, and any similar devices. Violation of this policy will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee Evidence includes but is not limited to: odor, residue, ash, burns, or vape-related buildup. The Owner's determination is final in assessing violations.
