Whether you bring your own or rent from us, have something between you and the mattress.If the trailer requires deep cleaning upon return, the renter will be charged based on the required level of cleaning effort. The cleaning fee only covers cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Things like carpet cleaning and stain removal will be subject to additional fees.Trailers returned with an improperly emptied holding tank will be charged a holding tank emptying fee.The trailer will not be rented to those who do not have at least minimal trailering experience unless the renter pays for delivery.Notes on generator use:
The add-on option for generators gets you two 2000w generators that can be rigged together in parallel. This is enough power to run the heaviest consumers but not all electrical components at once; that will overload and trip the generators. These generators are not automated and require a basic level of power and small engine know-how (choke, load management, etc.) No refunds will be given for operator error.

5.0Perfect for our getaway weekend. Host was very communicative and was great delivering and setting up the RV. Was pretty well stocked with dishes, camp chairs, and Blackstone griddle and grill too.

5.0Conrad was great and super helpful. He took his time to set up the trailer and showed us everything. Communication was easy and timely. Everything went smoothly. I would be happy to rent from Conrad again.

1.0The trailer is ok. The problem is the owner charged us a miscellaneous fee of $400 just because he had to come to move it to a different site because the campsite power had malfunctioned and the other trip he had to do is because we locked the key inside the trailer and he did not have his spare key with him. His delivery charge is $150. Go figure. He could have charged us only per mileage because he didn’t have to drag his trailer with him on both trips. That’s the kind of person you are dealing with if you rent with him.

Are you a state park concessionaire?

No, I'm not. A concessionaire has a state-sanctioned monopoly on doing business in a state park. Certain state parks consider dropping off an RV at a campsite doing business in a state park, but do not consider bringing a rental RV, on your own, into a state park 'doing business.' Certain state parks care about this a lot, others don't care at all. Do I consider these government-sanctioned monopolies silly, bureaucratic, corrupt, and un-American...absolutely.
