Less than 4 years old and ready to go with all necessary equipment (water/sewer/electrical hookup gear included). Blankets, kid games, camping chairs, all ready for your fun time exploring the great outdoors. Awning for shade with an outside fridge and grill for cooking; or enjoying tunes outside by a fire pit. Easy to tow at 29 ft x 8 (slide out for dining table and more room). Dry weight is 5,013 lbs, Gvwr 6,500 lbs, hitch weight 580 lbs. Must have a tow hitch obviously. Has 2 propane tanks for heating and cooking with. A/C runs off electric hookups. Also has a TV, DVD player with DVDs and stereo for inside and outside.Inside has nice kitchenette area with dining that converts to bed; bunk beds; queen bed with plenty of storage. Bathroom has shower and tub and there is an outside shower as well. Even includes a pet bed for those bringing their furry family member.Dinette area perfect for playing card games; relaxing or watching TV for those non outdoorsy folks.RecommandationsBecause it’s just under 30 ft, you have plenty of options for camping. We will do a walkthrough with renters and provide directions for arriving/leaving camp. It’s pretty easy to set up with leveling jacks and the hooks up to sewer and water.Recommend Grand Lake for sure; Steamboat Springs, really anywhere you want to drive/tow to. River Run in Breckinridge usually has last minute availability. And many KOAs.Autres points à signalerPlease, absolutely no smoking of any kind inside our RV. What you do outside is up to you! Treat as if this were your second home. Please leave it in the condition you pick it up in. There is a laundry shoot in master bed area for any linens/blankets used.
