Makenna was consistently praised as wonderful, awesome, and a great host. She was punctual for setup and pickup, and communicated issues like the broken awning.

3.0This cute little trailer is adequate for 2 people. While it technically sleeps 4 people, the couch doesn't lay quite flat, plus there was no bedding for it. I could not get any of the windows to open for ventilation, operator error, I'm sure. The awning was broken, which Makenna pointed out to us at pickup. There was plenty of toilet tissue and dishwashing soap, but otherwise cooking utensils, dish towels and eating/cooking utensils were quite limited. Makenna was wonderful to deal with!

1.0The refrigerator door was broken. The owner sent her young sister and young nephew to back the trailer in. But worst of all there was no water available at the sink or shower. We went up there to scatter my son's ashes, who had died of cancer. Family came from Texas and Nevada. We spent a lot of money and wanted to be next to the creek with family and couldn't. We are seriously considering small claims court.
