Everything you would want or need is in this Mesa Ridge RV. This trailer is very luxurious! When you sleep in this RV you feel like you are sleeping in a 5 star hotel due to the pillow top queen size mattress. We sleep better in this RV then an do in our home! No joke! Of course it comes with all the think you need to make your guest feel comfortable too! A fold out sofa bed that sleeps two. A set of recliners with heaters and massaging built in!Inside you will find a large flat screen with an indoor and outdoor speaker system that can bluetooth all your favorite music!Outdoor kitchen is perfect for that camp site outdoor breakfast that everyone loves to cook. Two full size awnings to give you that summer shade while you sit in the camping chairs that are packed for you. Enjoy it all while watching the outdoor pull out TV!You will need a 2 5/8 ball and a 7 way plug to pull this RV. If you need I have a class 4 drop hitch you can use.You will need 50 Amp hook up to get the full potential of this RV. 30 Amp limits you to 1 A/C. 1 will keep you cool on hot summer days but 2 is much better!
Delivery is available at $4.00 per mile, and is calculated one way. There is a $175 minimum.
I will deliver to your destination no matter how far. You will need to let me know before you book if you want it delivered please. This makes sure I am available and can travel to the destination for you.
If you RV spot does not have a place to dump the tanks, no worries! You can had the tank dump service option and we will handle that for you. If you forget to add the service and do not dump the tanks we will deduct the fee from the security deposit. (sometimes I am forgetful too!)

We also run TX Black Belt Academy, a family martial arts academy in Fort Worth. We have three kids that are fully grown... sort of! LOL We have three furry kids too.
