Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly responsive and accommodating
Anna is consistently praised for her quick responses, helpful communication, and accommodating support. She ensures a smooth rental process and focuses on the renter's experience. One instance, however, noted unavailability at pickup, minimal instructions, and delayed reimbursement for out-of-pocket repairs.
Easy and fun to drive
The RV is consistently clean, well-stocked with essentials (kitchenware, bedding), and comfortable. It's praised for easy driving, aided by cameras and smartphone integration. However, one renter encountered a check engine light requiring costly repairs, a barely working AC, non-functional microwave, and a missing TV.
