Ce qui est inclus Our coach is pleasantly stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, paper plates, coffe cups , a toaster, and a coffee maker. We also stock cleaning supplies include a vaccuum, Windex, wipes, hand sanitizer, a roll of paper towels, and garbage bags.
In the rear passenger storage compartment, we tossed in a handful of fun things for you to do including several frisbees, a nerf bat and ball, kids baseball gloves and bat, a football.
Inside in the cabinets in the master bedroom, I have a library of outdoor-related books including a book on Yosemite National Park, Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, Fly Fishing, Mountain biking, and hiking in Arizona, an Outdoor survival guide, Horse trails in Arizona, and a guide to National parks in the Western United States.
We also threw in some games to add to the fun including Yahtzee, dominoes, several decks of cards, a chess game, Uno, Monopoly Jr., Bananagrams, Left Center Right, a Yosemite puzzle, and a Yosemite concentration type game. The Master King size bed will have full linens and pillows on request, please bring your own linens for the other beds. There are mattress toppers for each bunk and the dinette bed.We will stock the RV with toilet paper. RecommandationsOur Coach has full hookups, including water, sewer, and 50/30/20 amp electric hookups. It works wonderfully up at the Grand Canyon at the Trailer Village RV Park. Or up on the Utah border at Lake Powell, and has even gone even up to Yellowstone National Park. Looking for a rig for your weekend at Phoenix International raceway watching NASCAR? check us out. One of the largest events of the year is Barrett Jackson at Westworld. You can stay right on the property with electric and water hookups. There is a dump station on site. Autres points à signalerRules of the road.
- No Smoking in the RV.
- We do not allow towing. Sorry, but insurance doesn't cover it.
- We do not allow our RV to go to events such as Burning Man or festivals. We do use a GPS system to track our RV.
- No climbing on the roof or using the roof access ladder.
- The gas tank will be full when you leave and must be returned with a full tank of gas upon drop-off. An administration fee plus the price of gas if not returned full.
- The propane tank needs to be returned at the level that it was when you depart. An administration fee plus the price of Propane if not returned to the same level.
- Waste tanks will be empty when you depart and need to be emptied before you return. If the tanks are not emptied, you will incur dump fees.
- Pet friendly for the most part. Absolutely no pets over 45lbs. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A deposit of $250 for each approved dog. 2 dogs maximum. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. All dog hair must be completely removed before drop-off

- We will provide a detailed walkthrough before you depart and send you a video how-to before you leave on your trip.

- Max Speed limit is 65 mph
- I do turn on the refrigerator the night before departure, but please remember that summers are brutally hot in Phoenix. There is no guarantee that the refrigerator will be cold at departure. I would suggest bringing some dry ice along to cool off the fridge for departure.A Supplemental Renters Agreement is required to be signed at RV delivery.

5Big Mama is a workhorse! This motorhome is still running great and Chris is a wonderful host. Thoroughly enjoyed taking my large family to the cool pines of the White Mountains in this rig.

5Amazing trip with my wife and daughter in Chris’ RV. You can tell that Chris really wanted you to have an amazing experience by how thorough he was with reviewing the ins and outs, talking story, and being very responsive through our 7 nights. Chris is a stand up, down to earth guy. The RV was intimidating at first because it was our first time driving something this large, but felt somewhat comfortable after our test drive, and more comfortable after the first night driving. We cooked most of our meals inside the spacious camper and we were very comfortable. We traveled from hot to freezing temperatures and we were grateful that the RV had AC and Heat throughout, huge fridge, stove, oven, and more. The RV had 50 amp but connectors for 20 and 30 amps which was great for our campsites with full hookups. I would highly recommend Chris’ RV for your next adventure.
