Driving & Towing Safety You must have a suitable tow vehicle with a working brake controller and a weight-distribution hitch (strongly recommended). Drive cautiously: allow extra stopping distance, take turns wide and slow, and watch for low bridges, branches, and tight turns. Maximum speed: obey all posted limits and reduce speed in wind, rain, or when descending grades. Setup & Campground Use Level the trailer properly before extending the slide-out or using the jacks. Use the provided 30-amp extension cord and wastewater hoses only. Do not leave the black/gray tanks open while hooked up (use the valve only when dumping). Empty tanks only at approved dump stations. Rinse the black tank thoroughly before return. Interior & General Use No smoking inside or around the trailer (including vaping). No pets unless you have pre-approved pet policy and paid any applicable fee. Maximum occupancy: 8 people (sleeps 8 comfortably, but please respect space and weight limits). Use RV-safe toilet paper only and avoid flushing anything else. Clean up spills immediately and leave the trailer as clean (or cleaner) than you found it. Power & Systems This is a 30-amp trailer. You can run the A/C, fridge, lights, and microwave, but avoid using high-draw appliances at the same time to prevent tripping breakers. Turn off the A/C and water heater when towing or when not hooked to power. Return Condition Return the trailer with fresh water tank empty (or as agreed), black/gray tanks fully dumped and rinsed, and propane tanks at the same level as pickup. Remove all personal items, trash, and food. Any damage, excessive dirt, or missing items (extension cord, hoses, etc.) may result in charges from your security deposit.
