I am very easy going with things in the RV, but absolutley no smoking, no pets and please dump your tanks before returning the RV. I want you and your family to have a great trip and ask you are respectful to our RV. There will be a penalty fee for smoking and pets of full deposit. The penalty for not dumping is $150.00
