- No smoking / vaping inside the trailer, IMMEDIATE loss of entire security deposit in addition to the cost of removing odor
- Do not flush anything except RV toilet paper and human waste
- Do not put food waste down the sink drain
- Awning must be retracted overnight, in strong winds, or when leaving the campsite unattended
- Do not hang anything off the awning arms
- Do not access roof for any reason
- Do not adjust stabilizer jacks, tongue jack, levelers, or chocks without permission
- Do not adjust water/power/septic connections without permission
- Do not bring slide in without permission
- Open bathroom roof vent and turn on the fan when showering
- Open kitchen roof vent and turn on the fan when cooking inside
- Pull blinds up and down with two hands evenly on the bottom railCleaning - must be complete prior to pickup to avoid cleaning fee:
- Dishes clean and put away
- Wipe counters and table
- Clean any debris out of shower
- Clean around the toilet and toilet bowl
- Take all food out of trailer
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Leave mattress protector sheets on the bedsExcessive Cleaning Charges
- If there is any pet or human urine found on any bedding, flooring, or couches there will be an additional fee of $250.00 charged for excessive cleaning
- If RV is returned with a clogged toilet, there will be a charge of $150 to unclogTowing Details
- Must have verifiable towing experience and tow vehicle capable of towing maximum weight of trailer
- We do NOT allow our trailers to be taken out of StatePower
- AC unit will not operate unless connected to a 50 or 30 amp service or a generator with at least 3000watts of power
- We will provide an adapter for connecting unit to a normal residential outlet but you will be limited to the of that particular circuit
- Do not attempt to make any changes to the onboard electrical system, components, or plugs. Doing so will forfeit your entire deposit in addition to any repairs needed
