5We had a memorable Thanksgiving weekend thanks to Rich! Camping has always been our favorite way to spend the holiday with our boys, family and friends. We decided to rent a camper this year and started communicating with hosts to find the right one for our big crew. Rich responded quickly and answered all of my questions, so we reserved one of his 10-person campers. A few days before our trip, he contacted me to confirm all of the details. When I told him we had 10 people, he offered us a bigger camper to insure we weren't cramped. I told him we were just happy to spend time together so it was not necessary. On our reservation day (day before Thanksgiving), Rich personally delivered the camper and he brought the upgrade which was the perfect camper! We cannot thank him enough for taking such good care of us and we will certainly be renting from him again.
