Tim is a top notch owner and communicator. From start to finish he was extremely professional and accommodating. During pick up he was very thorough and walked us through the trailer and showed us how to connect the hitch. He was available during the rental period for any questions. We ended up having to return the trailer a day early because our trip got canceled due to inclement weather. Tim was generous enough to provide a refund for the one day we did not use the trailer since we did return early. He did not have to do that of course so we were very grateful for his generosity and understanding of the situation. Drop off/return was very easy and we would rent from Tim in a heartbeat in the future. I highly recommend renting from him.

The RV was in pristine condition, and the host Eldon was incredibly informative, helpful, and accommodating throughout the booking and rental process. The RV itself is so cute, cozy, and spacious on the inside - perfect for our camping weekend - and it towed very easily. The pickup / hitching process was easy thanks to Eldon who helped hitch and walked us through all steps to setup / keep the RV running smoothly. 10/10 recommend!!
