• please clean up after your pets, use provided "pet blankets" for covering furniture • NO CATS • return RV with grey and black tanks emptied • return full of fuel, def (sold at all gas stations and walmart), and propane • ONLY THING ALLOWED IN TOILET THAT DID NOT COME FROM YOUR BODY IS TOILET PAPER. ladies, there is a small bathroom trash and bags supplied. • ONLY USE RV TOILET PAPER. this is in stock at every Walmart. we supply toilet paper but should you choose to bring your own it MUST be RV rated. • If other products or materials are found in septic system, variable fees UP TO ENTIRE DEPOSIT will apply • for delivery, fuel will be filled prior to leaving for delivery. It will NOT be topped back off before delivery and is not factored into delivery price. • propane returned needing filling will be $150 fee plus cost of propane • black tank is returned needing to be dumped there will be a $300 fee applied against security desposit • fuel is not topped off on pick up/return, there will be $100 fee plus cost of fuel • RV is to be cleaned before return, as you get it, it shall be returned. dirt, mud ,personal effects, bedding not supplied in rental, food, stains, shower messes, toilet messes, etc will be charged $250-500 cleaning fee based on mess left behind. basic cleaning before rental is to ensure the most positive first impressions and sanitary pick up possible. it does NOT include picking up after you. • exterior of RV excessively dirty, such as clumps of mud, thick layers of dust, bird poop, or other solid debris not from rain or generic road kick up will be charged $150-500 depending on extent of cleaning required • any indication of smoke in RV can lead to $1000 fine to entire security deposit. DO NOT SMOKE IN THE RV. smoking outside RV, camp fries etc, make sure all windows are CLOSED. Once it is returned, we can only judge based on smell and interior condition. "you promise" is not an acceptable pass.
