This RV is ready to create great memories with your family. It comes fully loaded will all linens and kitchenware. Just bring your clothes and food! It sleeps up to 10 people if a few are smaller children. 6 adults can easily stay comfortably. There is a regular size cool gel memory foam queen mattress instead of a shorter RV mattress in the master, 2 bunk beds, the couch converts to a twin/full bed and the dining converts to the full size bed. Above the cab is a very roomy sleeping area. The bunk beds convert to an extra dinette table. There are seatbelts for 7 people; two seatbelts in the front cab, three on the couch and two at the dining table. It has plenty of TV's for screen time! One outside, one above the cab that will swivel to the main area, one in the master room and one in each of the bunk beds. There is also a dvd player and cords to plug in your favorite streaming device. A Roku is included. During travel, tablets or other personal devices are best. The TV's do not work without shore power. We are flexible with pick up/drop off times. Pick up or drop off on the days you need it, so you don't have to book extra days before or after your trip. Pick up in the morning, drop off at least an hour before dark. The interior of the RV does need to be returned clean. We have a 3 night minimum and very generous mileage rates since we live in the spacious western states; 150 miles per day are included with only $0.45 per mile for overage. We are located right off I-15 in Northern Utah. We are about one hour north of Salt Lake City, Utah, and about one hour south of Pocatello, Idaho. Feel free to leave a vehicle parked at our place if needed. Insurance is required. We do charge a mandatory prep fee for washing linens, refilling supplies and washing the exterior of the unit. RV is to be returned to us clean. If not, cleaning fees of $50 per hour will be taken out of the deposit.Ce qui est inclusKitchen Utensils (flatware & cooking tools)

Bob was great!! He was very good and flexible with the pick up and drop off times. Motorhome had everything you needed and was very nice inside. We traveled to Tropic reservoir near Bryce Canyon and didn’t have any problems. I would definitely recommend renting with Bob.
