Climbing or walking on the RV roof is not allowed.*Awning Use
The RV awning should never be left open unattended and must be retracted during wind, rain, or overnight. Wind can damage awnings very quickly. Any damage to the awning during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.*Septic Tanks
Black and gray tanks must be emptied prior to returning the RV unless the septic tank service add-on was purchased. Failure to empty the tanks may result in a service fee.*Toilet Use
Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other materials. Damage or clogs caused by improper use will be the renter’s responsibility.*Fuel Policy
The RV must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If the tank is not refilled, the renter will be charged for the cost of the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee.*Cleaning
The RV should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, or trash may result in additional cleaning fees.*Authorized Drivers
Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy are permitted to operate the RV.*No Off-Road Driving

5.0We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting this RV from Mary in Los Angeles. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Mary was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The RV and equipment were in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It’s clear she takes great pride in what she offers. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even shared helpful tips that made our trip even better. Our journey took us from Los Angeles to Ventura and the Channel Islands, then around LA for sightseeing, on to Death Valley, and finally to Joshua Tree—covering a total of 1,323 miles. The RV performed flawlessly the entire time. It had a powerful engine that handled mountain climbs and long desert drives with ease. The RV was fully stocked with bedding, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, and a toaster—everything we needed to feel comfortable on the road. We also requested extra camp chairs and an outdoor grill, which turned out to be a highlight of the trip. We cooked all of our meals outside and really enjoyed the experience. The shower provided consistent hot water, and the generator worked perfectly whenever we needed it. This was by far the nicest and best-performing RV we’ve ever rented. If you're looking for a reliable, fully equipped, and top-notch rental experience in Los Angeles, don’t look any further.
