Our favorite part about this camper is the fact that you can have the outdoors like tent camping and indoor amenities like air conditioning! Sleeping next to a waterfall and listening to it all night and then waking up to the birds is a favorite memory. • You will need a vehicle to pull 4,200lbs. dry weight or filled, 5,600. We would be happy to pull this to your spot for you! • This camper is amazingly roomy inside and once the beds are dropped, everyone has their own space to feel comfortable. Closed up and ready to travel, the until is 25 ft. Once you open up the beds, you add another 5 feet. Spacious unit. • Other things to note* HOLIDAY PEAK FEE - a min. 3-day rental is required and a one-time charge of $50 for Memorial Day date ranges/wkends, Fourth of July date ranges/wkends, Labor Day date ranges/wkends. * $50 Pet Fee - Furry friends welcome! Cats or dogs, must be well behaved. This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Any evidence of smoking inside will automatically forfeit entire deposit. • Absolutely NO standing, sitting, climbing on top of camper or awning. Please retract awning at night or in windy, rainy conditions to prevent damage. Thank you! * Gray and Black water (sewage) must be dumped by the renter or a $150 fee will be charged. You can choose this in the “add on” section if you want us to dump. *$100 fee charged if returned not clean. We are proud & pleased to rent you our clean & comfy camper. We ask that you return in condition it was rented. Please wash any dishes, clean bathroom/shower, empty garbage, sweep floors, and wipe down anything dirty. Cleaning supplies are provided. All used bedding should be left on the day bed for us to wash. Thank you! * There will be a $100 fee for lost keys.
