This bunkhouse unit sleeps 8-10 and comes ready to go with the basic RV necessities.Features 6 sleeping spaces including:

Stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers, electric awning with LED lighting. Convenience of back-up camera and automatic leveling jacks for an easy nights rest. A/C & Heating, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric generator, full bathroom with standup shower, sink, and flushing toilet. Water is heated on electric or propane. Tons of storage inside and out! We include all kitchenware & disposables, bike rack and plenty of extras with our rental! Pick-up time is 2:00pm and Drop-off is 6:00pm.All Hooked Up! is stored at our house in a private gated property. You are welcome to leave your vehicle onsite for the duration of the trip. Do you allow pets?

Yes, upon approval. Please include number of pets, type of pet, breed (mainly resembles), weight & age with your request. You will need to select the pet fee. Please no cats- their claws & RV furniture don't agree with each other.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Pickup time is by 2:00pm and Drop-off time is 6:00pm. You can leave your vehicle in our gated private home or we can help deliver. Email us with any questions. Pending other booking, we will try to be flexible with adjustments. Please just coordinate these ahead of time. We do have delivery options as well if you want us to bring to you, deliver to your final destination or meet you for pick-up.

What is the max # of adults for this RV?
R.
A maximum of 5 adults allowed to use the RV. Your comfortability & experience is a high priority for us, along with individuals who will take proper care of RV. It is highly recommended that parties of 4+ should be staying where you have full hook-ups (electrical, water & sewer) -OR- be emptying gray & black tanks every 1-2 days. Gray tank (shower, bath & kitchen faucet drain) holds 39 gallons and is full with about 12 minutes straight of shower running if no hook-ups are used.
