5.0Our experience with both Allen and the van were excellent! We took the van on a 7 day trip to the Sequoia National Forest and it performed perfectly. It was super convenient to have Allen both drop off and pick up the van at our location. He clearly explained to us how to use everything and was super accessible via text when we had minor issues during our trip. The van has all the amenities and definitely worth the price. I would absolutely rent from Allen again and highly recommend this van as the perfect size for a couple enjoying a longer getaway trip!
