Jason is attentive, answering questions quickly and promptly refunding for issues. He helped solve problems encountered, though he was not always responsive or present at pickup.

The van drives well with a powerful engine and comfortable bed. It offers efficient solar charging and portable toilets. However, guests noted a non-working stove/sink, faulty fridge, stuffy and sometimes moldy air, pet food odors, and an unsecured interior.

5.0Jason is easygoing, genuine, and attentive. His van is awesome in so many ways. Check with him about the fan and water when getting the van to ensure you know how to work it and that it works. Will definitely book his van every time we visit family from now on ... visiting and staying around beaches in Orange County and La Jolla was the ultimate Road trip experience!

4.0The van is super nice, very suited for our trip. We gas stove wasn't working, but we bought a new one and the host refunded us immediatly. The sink is not working very well but it is still usable. Jason is not always very responsive, but he helped us solve all the problems we encountered.

3.0Upon arrival for pick up, the van was not ready was not clean. So I had to give them time to clean it. Host was not present to explain usage of electric inverter. Otherwise, the van drives nice and the bed was very comfortable.
