Features include a queen size bed and TV in the master bedroom, two bunk beds, dining room table, indoor and outdoor shower, and outdoor kitchenette. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry travel companion! Hitch requirements are 2.5” receiver and 2 5/16” ball. Hitch is available as add-on if necessary. When booking, please let us know if your campsite includes water, electric, and septic hook up. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are typically flexible as long as the renter lets us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate pickups and dropoffs at times that are most convenient to the renter.
Q.What size hitch is required to tow this unit?

Hitch requirements are 2.5” receiver and 2 5/16” ball. Hitch is available as add-on if necessary.
Q.What electric service is necessary at the campsite?
R.
In order to run the air conditioner, the unit must be hooked up to 30amp service. If 30amp service is not available, you can use a converter to plug into a 110v outlet, but you will not be able to run the air conditioner. If the unit is hooked up to a 110v outlet through a converter, all other electrical components of the unit will work aside from the air conditioner.
