Great for families! Private room with queen bed, along with bunk beds, foldout couch, full kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 6, but I've had 10 total people (including 6 kids) over a 3-day weekend. Sheets/towels and family board games included. Optional generator available. Renter must purchase insurance. John was a fantastic communicator and very timely with delivery to our site. The trailer was a perfect size for our family of Two adults, Grandma, and 2 small kids. Everything was exactly as advertised. Would rent again from John.
