5Alfredo was so helpful when it came to all the questions we had before the trip! Set up was fast and explained all the buttons to work the trailer. Our trip was cut short due to being evacuated because of a fire, and they weren’t able so understanding about it all we stayed in contact through our being evacuated to be sure they were able to grab the trailer safely, they even offered to meet us to give us the things we forgot. Great people & great camper!
