Yosemite Bessie the Promaster w/ 900W Solar

There was a lack of professionalism from Richard and Bianca. Van was great however one of the burners did not work, the roof window was broken, and the brake light sensor was broken. None of this was communicated until after we arrived in Fresno. It took 40 minutes to allow them to release the van to us, which was not listed, communicated or planned for. The only reason we are giving 3 stars and not 1 is due to Richard’s father showing up upon pick up and his professionalism to the situation. I really appreciated that. Bianca also tried to not drive us to the airport despite having paid for the pickup. We got there either way but disappointed considering all the 5 star reviews. Great van in general, however we personally did not experience the great customer service experience others have described which is very important to us.

We loved having access to a refrigerator, running water, and a cozy place to sleep for 5 nights in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. There’s no way we could ah we done the hikes and exploration we did without her! She handled the campground dirt roads beautifully, was easy to park and allowed us the freedom to explore in comfort! She’s thoughtfully designed; we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to stay organized with all of the storage spaces available for personal items and food. She had everything we needed for cooking, all we really needed to bring along was silverware. An awesome trip made more awesome by having Bessie as our ride.

This rv was perfect for our trip, everything needed including kitchen equipment couldn’t ask for a better host or camper

We loved traveling in this campervan! It was very user friendly and perfect for a trip in the mountains! Richard was very accommodating and communicated well.
