Ensure you can tow the camper safely. We cannot be responsible for trip cancellation should you arrive with a vehicle that is unsafe to transport the camper.Pets are welcome. Renters will be responsible for any damage or additional cleaning created by pets. Fees apply.Camper is expected to be returned clean- in the same condition or better than when you received the camper. -No smoking or vaping.
-No cooking smelly things inside the camper (examples- bacon, fish etc)
-RV safe toilet tissue is the ONLY thing allowed to be flushed down toilet/put into the black tank.

5.0Larry and Vanessa are very helpful and always provide a great experience with their travel trailer. The TT was clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed using it in our camping trip with 2 kids. The bunks are perfect!
