Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly Communicative and Accommodating
The owner receives consistent praise for excellent communication, flexibility with scheduling, and thorough explanations of the RV's features and systems during pickup and drop-off.
Easy and hassle-free towing
Guests find the RV easy to tow and set up. It's consistently clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with essentials. The master bed is comfortable, but bunk mattresses are thin. The fridge runs on battery, limiting extended boondocking.

5.0This is our 3rd year renting Jacob's RV. We keep coming back because of the great communication, flexibility, and quality of the RV. It has everything we need for a great family outing. One thing we did different this year was try the linen service, which turned out to be a great choice for our family as we had all the towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets we needed (such a pain to pack all that stuff!). We are always sad when it's time to go, but I look forward to renting this RV again next year!

5.0Great sized trailer for a family of six, four humans and two large dogs. Very easy hookup and detailed explanation of the trailer’s features. Floor plan was perfect with the two bunks at the back of the trailer. The trailer towed like a breeze. Our half ton didn’t even break a sweat pulling it to the mountains. Owner provided his anti-sway hitch and we are now believers in that set up. Rent this trailer, you won’t be disappointed.

5.0RV was in great condition. Stocked with the necessary pots/pans/utensils. We had the owners drop it off/set it up/pick it up and it was easily coordinated. We would definitely rent from them again!

5.0Excellent host, walked me through everything to make sure I was comfortable using all the bells and whistles his camper had to offer. I will be booking with him again in the future.

5.0Great communication, made our trip so easy and so fun. THE MASTER BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE!!!! THe bunk mattress where very flimsy and thin, suggest brings an extra mat to put over them.

5.0RV is in outstanding condition - I usually look for RVs with only a few years on them to avoid worrying about maintenance, but Samuel's RV was in great shape and had obviously been taken care of by someone who is willing to put the time into fixing things properly. RV was clean - this is the cleanest RV I've ever rented, actually - no evidence of previous guests anywhere, even the usual spots that people forget to clean like behind the toilet, corners underneath furniture, etc. Towing with a 5.0L F150 was no problem at all, all connections were provided and worked (incl. weight distributing hitch). Samuel was accommodating for both pickup and return times - friendly and knowledgable about the RV and its systems. Absolutely plan to try to rent from him again in the future. (edit to add: Purchased linen package add-on so I wouldn't have to mess with sheets etc - very worth it. Towels, hand towels, pillowcases, sheets - everything - was presented in nicely folded packages for all beds and the kitchen (for the towels). All linens were freshly washed, smelled great, and were in great condition - no holes/rips/stains. I was thoroughly impressed - I don't usually get add-ons when renting - but the linens were definitely worth it.)
