We can work with you on pickup and dropoff. The only thing we ask is that pickup and dropoff are no earlier than 7:00 am and no later than 8:00 pm.

You have the option to keep your vehicle, if you choose, stored in a 24/7 secured facility. We keep our RV at a storage facility where you can leave your vehicle during your trip.

7 days after the trip, if everything is returned in good condition, you will be refunded the security deposit.

Outdoorsy has 24/7 roadside assistance. This information will be on your insurance card when you pick up the RV. Roadside assistance will cover ALL costs until the vehicle is repaired.
