Unreliable service and communication
Host was 5 hours late for pickup, causing canceled campsite reservations, and was unavailable for drop-off. Demonstrated unprofessional conduct in a claim dispute, charging $700 for damages. Multiple bookings were also canceled last minute.
Poorly maintained, tricky driving
Reported as poorly maintained with several issues, including faulty front brakes. It drives like a truck, requiring slow speeds (55 MPH max) and wide turns. Some interior beds lacked padding and documentation was missing.

3.0Would have to confirm the September review by a previous client. The RV is not well maintained. It has several issues that I will not go into at this time. On top of that the RV was not available at the scheduled and confirmed time. It was 5 hours late and we had to cancel campsite reservations for the first night. Would also mention that the host was not available at the drop-off which was also scheduled and confirmed. I was not able to review the return closeout with him. I would not rent this RV again.

1.0The host was very unprofessional in dealing with a claim dispute between the Host and myself. In addition, the RV was in poor condition including having issues with the front brakes. There were a number of other issues on how poorly the RV was prepared for renting including, lack of documentation on how to operate basic features of the RV. I have not had these issues working through Outdoorsy in the past. Our dissatisfaction is more with the Host from AmeriGo and not with Outdoorsy.
