2.0Experience began positive but worsened as it progressed. We were promised half a tank of gas and offered to have propane filled and neither was done by pick up. The refrigerator took over 6 hours to reach temperature causing our food to spoil. Messaging throughout this process was a bit overbearing to us as the damage was already done and we wanted to enjoy our trip. We were offered cash to repay the spoiled food but then as soon as the trip was marked complete we were charged twice what we were reimbursed for “late drop off” even though we provided traffic updates the entire day on our return. Everything else was adequate.

5.0Great trip to the Indy 500. A lot better riding in motorhome as opposed to having to ride in pickup pulling trailer. Smooth riding and thanks to our host Tom for being so accommodating. He was available when we had questions and if not got back to us in a timely manner.. Would definitely rent again.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

There are two other leveling switches to make it easier to level the RV on the outside. As long as the emergency brake is applied You can use the other two leveling switches one by the door and one in the water and power hookup compartment that will automatically level the RV. There is no need to level the RV by individual leveling stand they will automatically level by pressing the Auto button on the main panel or the outside switches. Automatic leveler provides this amenity
