Available for Delivery Only. You rent the site & we deliver, RV camping made easy. We set up everything so you don’t have to. Be sure to book in advance to secure your site.The 2023 42.5ft Montana High Country 381TB rental in Destin/FWB area can sleep up to 6 people. 1 Dog is also allowed.Rig is equipped with the All Weather Package, so it is great in all weather conditions. Stay snuggly warm on a cold winter night, or nice and cool on a hot summer day.The master had a comfy king size bed (sleeps 2) with 2 wardrobe closets, nightstands (power & USB charging), and smart TV.Includes 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed (sleeps 2). The private room also includes a 2nd bath with rear entry/exit, closets, dresser, and smart TV & DVD player.Includes a lofted bunk house with three twin size beds (sleeps 3). The open loft is accessible via ladder and includes a smart TV.The living room features two leather recliners, a entertainment center and electric fire place for added warmth on those cold winter nights. The Air 360 antenna and equipped to hook up to the campground cable. The TV in the living room is a smart TV with JBL bluetooth speakers.Dining table w/ 4 chairs. The kitchen w/ residential refrigerator, gas oven, island, plates, bowls, pots, plans, cutlery and utensils. We also provide a k-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, and crockpot. No outdoor kitchen but a table and Blackstone are provided. Outdoor rug, six chairs, and small table are provided.RV Renter shall provide their own sheets and towels. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We work with you and the park to make sure you can be present at check-in. We will coordinate with you throughout the day to ensure that delivery works with your schedule. Some parks have restrictions on delivery hours, please coordinate with the park to ensure that is coordinated.
We also want our guests to be present at check-in to review the operating procedures.
Q.What do we do if the park doesn't have sewer hook-up?
R.
We provide a honey pot and instructional videos on the pot usage. We will take are of emptying tanks at the dump station.
Q.Can this RV be set up on a site with only 30A?
R.
No, this RV requires 50Amp electrical service only. The RV has two AC units and requires 50Amp electrical service to operate the AC units. One AC unit cannot adequately cool the RV.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
We take care of all the hook-ups so you don't have to worry about anything! We will show you how to empty the tanks during your stay. We take care of all the utility set-up and break camp for you. Let us sweat, so you don't have to.
