5.0Smooth transaction; easy pick-up, easy drop-off, and the service was friendly and polite. Possibly the only suggestion we'd make on future van builds is to consider sound dampening materials (like butyl mat). Possibly this was used, and it's possible that the other materials used in the van build contribute to some of the noise experienced during the ride.

5.0Upon arrival, the van was clean and stocked with all the accessories needed to camp. Only issue we had was the backup/surround view camera in the van would fail on occasion.
