4.0RV was good. Joel was very helpful and accommodating with pick up and especially the return. We've been tenting the past 4 years and thought this trip would be best to rent. For 1st timers size was more than we needed but we loved the floor plan and space. We experienced a flat before we even set off on the trip. Outdoorsy roadside assistance was professional and immediately responsive.

5.0Joel was great to work with. He was flexible, the trailer was well-stocked, and we had a great time! The load-distribution hitch that he provided also made the trailer pull nicely (more stable than without it).
