3.0We were grateful that Tracy was able to provide the trailer after our original booking was canceled due to water damage. Communication throughout the rental was good, and she was very responsive and quick to reply. However, the trailer was not fully prepared at pickup. The gray tank was still full, the propane was empty, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. The listing also stated that linens were provided, but none were available. Since we picked up the trailer about three hours from home, this caused a significant inconvenience and required us to make other arrangements. Tracy was also not present for pickup or drop-off as expected, although the instructions made both manageable. Overall, the trailer served its purpose, but the preparation and handover could be improved.

4.0Pick-up and drop off were easy. The unit itself was nice and clean. Would have been higher rated except for the battery wasn't working - which wasn't great because we need the power to run the furnace (was at a site without power), so we froze overnight. I'm sure that will be fixed for the next renter.
