Camping at its finest A great small family or couple RV!! Feel right at home with all the amenities of home while out on your trip. This RV has all the bells and whistles and the most important thing counter space in the kitchen area! Also has a water filter for connected to sink for drinking water.Rv has 3 flat screen TVs with DVD players for movie night and satellite tv for those who can't miss their favorite tv series. RV has a living room slide out as well as bedroom slide out.RV can sleep 6-8 depending on the size of the person as it has an overhead electric drop down queen bed, jackknife sofa that folds out into a bed for 2 ( depending on size and weight ), dinette table converts to a bed ( sleeps 2 ( depending on size and weight ) and rear bedroom sleeps 2 on its soft queen bed.Rv has 2 air conditioners 1 in the living room along with a ceiling mounted vent fan and the bedroom ac unit only works if the site has the electrical 50amp connection.Delivery Available Within Local 100 Mile Radius Please Contact ME TO Discuss Small FEE.Renter is responsible for cleaning the RV and dumping tanks before returning or we can take care of the cleaning and dumping for an additional fee of $100.00 ( tanks and cleaning fee are separate from inside of rv )Any questions feel free to contact me so we can make your experience a joy!
