We live in the #1 tourist city, Charleston, SC, on gorgeous Folly Beach! Our two elementary school children and two SpringerDoodle pups love the RV! We have many great local, coastal campsites. The closest one to our home (and our favorite) is at James Island County Park. We've been to Huntington Beach State Park in Murrell's Inlet near Myrtle Beach (gorgeous oceanfront campsite) and in an area a bit more rural, but not too far from us, there's the Lake Aire campground in Hollywood, SC. We've also stayed one night at the KOA in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This year, we plan to go to Hunting Island State Park in Beaufort, SC and Edisto Beach not too far outside Charleston (more oceanfront campgrounds).
