*** Delivery Only ***Our spacious & cozy camper sleeps up to 7 & is fully equipped with sink, stove top, microwave, toilet, shower, TV, sound system, A/C, heat, reclining couch, 2 electric slide outs, & pass-through dinette with a pull-down screen. To help make packing & your stay a little more easy & convenient, we supply bathroom essentials such as hand & body towels, hand & shower soap & toilet paper. Fresh linens are provided for the master bed. A broom & dust pan is also stocked in the unit as well as sanitary wipes.A maximum of two dogs are welcome at no additional cost. We kindly ask that you make us aware if you'll have dogs with you & that they are properly house trained & not be left unattended within the camper and crated while you're away. You must clean up any hair left by your pet or a $50 cleaning fee will apply.This unit has two propane tanks. We do not supply propane. Please see add on options if you'd like one or both filled prior to your trip. **Propane tanks may not be switched out with yours.**A generator is typically not need at campgrounds that supply electricity or have full hook-up, but we do have one available to rent if needed or preferred. Be sure to check with your campground if generators are allowed. The generator will be full at the time of rental. We ask it's returned full. If unable to fill it or it's not returned full, a charge of $30 will apply.** If you need alternate rental times please send us a request & we'll do my best to accommodate it. ** Additional fees will apply.Please check the add on section for additional items that are available.Other Things to Note:** The Dumping Fee is required for all bookings and added to your booking as a suggestion, please accept it when it comes through. We will dump and flush the tanks thoroughly before each Guest's trip. **** A set up and take down fee of $100 is automatically included in the pricing with delivery. We will set up the camper for use and take all down upon pickup. **** We ask that counter tops & appliances are wiped down, sinks are cleaned & the floor is swept prior to pickup and/or the return of the unit. If you're not able to do this or it's not done, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied. **** The unit will be fully wiped down, disinfected, sterilized & all bedding & towels washed on high heat by me after every rental. **Most importantly, we want you to have a wonderful time on your trip & simply ask the camper is returned to us in the condition you received it in, or better.This camper will make a great space for your family to enjoy on both sunny & rainy days & will create lasting memories!Please reach out to me with an questions you may have.Your adventure awaits!

Rented this RV last minute for an event. My husband brought it home so we could load up. I was surprised at the poor condition of interior. Inaccurate listing description. Ripped bedding, peeling and torn sofa, awful smell. We cleaned it prior to leaving and just took note we wouldn't be renting this one again. No pans/utensils/dish soap- nothing for the kitchen. A few garbage bags, roll of paper towels and toilet paper was provided. Heavily used condition. We returned the RV better than it was handed off. Although Angie seemed kind during conversation, false claim was filed days after drop off. The owner made claims there was damage to items we did not even know existed and/or did not use. Just trying to make extra money, dishonestly. Terrible experience. Find an owner like our last host who was honest, stocked everything to the nines and took care of their RV.

This was our first time renting a camper and we had a fantastic experience with Mitch & Angie. We had a long drive to our destination and it was amazing to arrive and have everything already setup and ready to go. We are in love with the layout of the camper and enjoyed all the space it has to offer. If we ever come back to minnesota we will be renting again 100%.

Everything operated as it should with camper and it was clean. Would recommend adding some more supplies with camper as not many were available. Like small coffee pot, cups, pots and pans, utensils and trash containers.

My experience with Mitch and Angie was great! They were both very informative about their camper during our walk through. The pickup and drop off process was quick and easy, making it a simple stop on my way to and from my vacation. I would highly recommend renting from them, as I hope to in the future!
