5.0Jose was great! We were missing a few minor helpful items that he plans to add for future guests (hand towels/baking sheet). Plenty of bath towels, soap, towels, and paper supplies. The unit was just what we needed and he had it hooked up and ready for us early. He is very professional, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend!!!

3.0We were disappointed we didn’t get the trailer we rented. Jose did get us a substitute only complaint beds were like sleeping on a board and it had a broken window with plastic on it!! Jose was great to work with
