5.0I will have to say that this being my second time round renting an RV through outdoorsy and having the worse experience the first time and not getting my refund, was a better experience! I could not have asked for a better host. Jose was very professional, understanding, and showed great respect and concern for his customers! It was about 4 of us that rented through Jose and he went over and beyond to make sure our experience was very positive, enjoyable, and amazing! He made sure we did not have any issues that could not get handled right away. I will definitely rent through Jose again just based on his level of professionalism, care for his employees, and to make sure we had the best experience.

5.0We loved the space and how easy it was to convert the sofa and table area into extra beds for everyone. And surprisingly, both were very comfortable! Plenty of storage area for our suitcases and bags too! Set up of the trailer was quick and Jose was great with his walk thru and communication. Hope to rent with him again!

5.0Jose was great. The trailer was great. The experience was easy and enjoyable. Jose was able to maneuver the RV into the space that I was wanting it and he explained everything about it perfectly! I will definitely use his services again if I am ever in need.
