We had a great time, and Jose was great with communication. He even made sure to leave us with extra fuel for the generator and propane so we didn’t run out during the trip. Fantastic rental experience!

Jose was great and responded quickly to questions and coordination. He dropped off the trailer on time and picked up on time. The water tank was full and a 5 gallon fuel tank was full for the generator. Everything went smoothly.

Communication was great. We appreciate the timely responses. There was an issue that was brought up to his attention, but he responded and really seemed to have acknowledged it. We feel confident he is handling the issue. The space in the RV was great and all the listed amenities that were provided were great. Jose also made it convenient for us to pick up and drop off. Overall, would definitely rent again!
