We will sanitize the trailer in preparation for the next guests. It is expected that it is returned in basically the same state in regards to cleanliness. There will be $150 + for extensive cleaning.Delivery and pick up for $100 each within 50 miles. After that there is a charge of $2/mile

5Scott was a great host. We planned a family and friends camping trip at Fort Tuthill, just outside of Flagstaff. This camper was perfect for myself and two pre-teen kiddos. Scott was able to deliver and have everything set up just in time for our arrival. Everything worked as advertised. We’re already looking forward to our next trip up the mountain.

5The trailer is beautiful, Scott and Krystal are incredible people. Very sweet and understanding if you’re running late to get the trailer. Trailer was a bit smaller than we thought but it fit 5 of us a dog. Incredible space and very comfortable. Felt at home in the woods. Highly recommend Scott and Krystal’s trailer. Will note that if you dump your self go to the speedway by Texas road house. Overall beautiful trailer.
