We will sanitize the trailer in preparation for the next guests. It is expected that it is returned in basically the same state in regards to cleanliness. There will be $150 + for extensive cleaning.Delivery and pick up for $100 each within 50 miles. After that there is a charge of $2/mile
Many roads surrounding Flagstaff are rough. Please be aware of road quality and haul on rough roads with care to avoid damage and extra costs to you.

5.0Scott was super nice. He reached out to us even before our trip began to answer any questions we had. He met us at the rv park and went over everything we needed to know about the RV. It was clean, roomy, and fully equipped with all we needed for our stay. We would definitely book with him again😊👍

5.0Heater worked good and fridge did as well. The only issue was the hot water heater. Didn’t work. Great hosts with amazing communication. everything was great 100% recommend

5.0Scott was a great host. We planned a family and friends camping trip at Fort Tuthill, just outside of Flagstaff. This camper was perfect for myself and two pre-teen kiddos. Scott was able to deliver and have everything set up just in time for our arrival. Everything worked as advertised. We’re already looking forward to our next trip up the mountain.
