• Diesel and propane tanks must be returned FULL, with receipts provided. Fill at Puyallup: 516 S Meridian or Federal Way: 1650 SW Dash Point Rd, or at another location within 5 miles of drop-off. Otherwise, a $50 service fee per item + actual fuel cost applies.
Black & gray tanks must be empty; fresh water any level. Please wash dishes and place used linens/towels in shower. Excessive cleaning may incur a fee. Smoking/vaping/drugs: $1500 fee.
Driving & Safety
Maximum speed: 65 MPH.
* No towing of any kind, including trailers or vehicles.
* Paved roads only. No mud, sand, beaches, forest trails, or unmaintained roads.
* Do not exceed passenger or weight limits.
* RV must be level before operating the slide-out.
* Keep the awning closed during wind, while sleeping, or whenever the RV is unattended.
* Report warning lights, accidents, damage, or mechanical concerns immediately.
Toilet & Plumbing
Only RV toilet paper may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, trash, or other items. Improper use resulting in clogs or damage may result in cleaning/repair charges.

Other pickup or return times may be available through optional add-ons and must be arranged in advance. Early pickup availability is not guaranteed and may require pickup at a different location. Pickup time and location will be confirmed by the host based on availability.
Guests are responsible for lost/damaged keys and all tolls, tickets, violations, towing charges, campground damage, RV damage, or other charges incurred during the rental.

How should I return the vehicle?

Return Requirements: Diesel and propane tanks must be returned FULL, with receipts provided. Fill at Puyallup: 516 S Meridian or Federal Way: 1650 SW Dash Point Rd, or at another location within 5 miles of drop-off. Otherwise, a $50 service fee per item + actual fuel cost applies. Black & gray tanks must be empty; fresh water any level. Please wash dishes and place used linens/towels in shower. Excessive cleaning may incur a fee. Smoking/vaping/drugs: $500 fee.

Can I dry camp with your Motorhome?

Yes, it's excellent for dry camping. It has a 37-gallon fresh water tank, 41-gallon gray tank, and 41-gallon black tank. It's also equipped with a 400Ah lithium battery system, solar panels, and an onboard generator, so you can comfortably camp off-grid for extended periods without hookups.
