King size bed and wardrobe closet in private master bedroom. Chaise lounge with fold out sections and cozy yet comfortable dining area. Phone charging and blue tooth connectivity. Large rear bathroom with dual vanities and sinks, retractable shower door and skylight in shower providing headroom interior. Outdoor grilling area with compact fridge and prep area with gas line and outdoor shower area. All prep and cooking can be done outside allowing more efficient use of indoor air conditioning. 2 5/16 ball hitch required at 24 inches above ground and electric brake controller.
